Processing Time
Every item is custom made once your order is placed. Processing times vary, but all orders will be made and shipped out within 3-5 days. I am often able to get items out in earlier, but I guarantee your order will be shipped within 5 days.
If you need your item by a certain date, please contact me and I will do my best to make sure it can get to you in time!

Pick Up
Once your item has been made, you will receive an email with a notification that your item is ready to be picked up. Your order confirmation may indicate a specific time that it will be available, but please wait until you receive a notification that your order is complete and ready to pick up. If you are unsure, just give me a call, send a text, or email!
Shipping
Once your item has been made and is ready to ship, you will receive an email with a notification that it has shipped, along with a tracking number. Most items currently ship First Class via USPS, which is 2-5 days.
I currently am only able to ship to addresses within the United States. All orders ship for free and every item is gift wrapped at no additional cost!
Returns & Exchanges
Since all items are custom made and made to order, I am unable to accept returns or make exchanges. If there should be any issue with your item once it arrives, or even down the road, please reach out to me and I will work with you to resolve any issues!
